The incumbent in this position is responsible for the coordination, implementation, and maintenance of the Assertive Community Treatment (ACT) team. These services must be provided under the general supervision of the Community Treatment Program Manager and be conducted in accordance with current Agency policies and procedures. This position oversees all operations for the ACT Team, including coordination of coverage of direct services. As part of the operational duties of ACT, this position may require occasional evening, weekend, or holiday duties as needed.

QUALIFICATIONS:
- A Master’s degree in a relevant human services field required.
- Virginia license eligibility (LPC or LCSW) required.
- At least three years of professional, clinical experience in the provision of clinical services to adults with a serious mental illness diagnosis.
- A combination of education, experience, and training indicating the possession of the essential knowledge, skills, and abilities required.
- Supervision experience preferred.
- Must possess a valid driver’s license, a good driving record, and the ability to provide your own transportation.
ADDITIONAL REQUIREMENTS:
- May be exposed to allergenic environments from client’s homes, including extreme heat, humidity, dust, smoke, pet contamination, cleaning supplies, etc.
- May be exposed to clients with infectious diseases
- Must be able to drive for long periods of time to visit clients in and out of the catchment area as needed
- Must be able to walk distances, climb and descend stairs, maneuver in and out of agency vehicles
- Prolonged periods sitting at a desk and working on a computer
- Must be able to lift/push/pull up to 25 pounds at times
SALARY: $72,617
