This position, in conjunction with other supervisory staff within the Adult Mental Health program, is responsible for the overall program management, day-to-day operation, oversight, and staff supervision of Adult Mental Health services serving the behavioral health needs of individuals qualifying for these services through medical necessity or appropriate program-based assessment. These programs are such programs as Adult Mental Health Case Management, Veterans Services, Peer Recovery Specialists, Mental Health Docket in collaboration across other programs, and Adult Mental Health Therapy. This position represents the Agency within the communities served, within the Northwestern Management Structure, and within Regional and State meetings, committees, or forums.

QUALIFICATIONS:
- Master’s degree in human services field.
- Incumbent must be either an LCSW or LPC, or be eligible for LCSW or LPC, in Virginia.
- Requires a combination of experience and training demonstrating ability to perform essential job functions.
- Must possess a valid Driver’s License, good driving record and the ability to provide own transportation.
ADDITIONAL REQUIREMENTS:
- May be exposed to allergenic environments from client’s homes, including dust, smoke, pet contamination, cleaning supplies, etc.
- May be exposed to clients with infectious diseases.
- Must be able to drive for long periods of time to travel in and out of the catchment area as needed.
- Must be able to walk distances, climb and descend stairs, maneuver in and out of agency vehicles.
- Prolonged periods sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
- Must be able to lift/push/pull up to 25 pounds at times.
SALARY: Starting at $87,156
