Under general supervision, the incumbent of this position performs intermediate maintenance and related duties for agency facilities, grounds, and equipment. Assists the Building and Grounds Specialist in completion of various projects, including the use of skills in electrical, carpentry, plumbing, HVAC, etc.

QUALIFICATIONS:
- A combination of education, training, and experience which indicates the possession of knowledge, skills, and abilities necessary to perform essential job duties required.
- Must possess a valid driver’s license, a good driving record, and the ability to provide your own transportation.
PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:
- May be exposed to allergenic environments including extreme heat, humidity, dust, smoke, pet contamination, cleaning supplies, etc.
- May be exposed to clients with infectious diseases.
- Must be able to drive for long periods of time to visit facilities/vendors in and out of the catchment area as needed.
- Must be willing and able to assist with moving furniture, mowing lawns, completing basic carpentry skills, and completing the physical components of the job.
- Must be able to walk distances, climb and descend stairs, maneuver in and out of agency vehicles.
- Prolonged periods sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
- Must be able to lift/push/pull up to 100 pounds at times.
SALARY: Starting at $31,053
