This position is responsible for scheduling and coordinating the day-to-day operations, development, and enhancement of Northwestern Community Services Board’s (NWCSB) medical services. In collaboration with the Medical Director and the Director of Clinic Operations, this position provides administrative oversight of medical services delivery and aid in the management and optimization of the medical department’s workflows. The Practice Manager is responsible for scheduling and coordination of medical-providing staff in support of Agency programs, serving as a liaison between medical services, clinical programs, administrative services, and external partners to support coordinated service delivery and client transitions. The Practice Manager also oversees the medical services waitlist to ensure acuity-based prioritization and timely scheduling.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:
- Three (3) years of experience in healthcare administration or medical practice management
- A combination of education and experience which provides the required knowledge, skills and abilities to perform the essential functions of the position
- Must possess a valid Driver’s License, good driving record, and the ability to provide own transportation
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:
- Bachelor’s degree in healthcare administration or related field
- Five (5) years of experience in healthcare administration or medical practice management
ADDITIONAL REQUIREMENTS:
- May be exposed to allergenic environments from client’s homes, including dust, smoke, pet contamination, cleaning supplies, etc
- May be exposed to clients with infectious diseases.
- Must be able to drive for long periods of time to travel in and out of the catchment area as needed.
- Must be able to walk distances, climb and descend stairs, maneuver in and out of agency vehicles.
- Prolonged periods sitting at a desk and working on a computer; and
- Must be able to lift/push/pull up to 25 pounds at times
SALARY: Starting at $45,336
